OUR FEES
Clear, Fixed and Regulated by Trust
At Global Law Chambers, our fees are transparent, fixed, and tailored to the complexity of your case. We believe in clarity from the outset no hidden costs, no hourly surprises. All services are delivered by regulated professionals, with multilingual support included at no extra charge. Payment plans are available for eligible clients, and every fee includes compliance-focused drafting, submission guidance, and one revision where applicable.

Application Fees
The Home Office imposes varying fees depending on the category of application such as visa entry clearance, leave to remain, settlement, or naturalisation.
- The applicable fee will depend on the immigration route and the applicant’s individual circumstances.
- Most applications incur a standard fee for the principal applicant, with additional charges for any dependants.
- Certain routes also require payment of the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), which grants access to NHS services during the period of leave.
- It is important to note that Home Office fees are non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application.
Fee Structure
- Home Office fees are subject to periodic revision.
- We recommend consulting the official [UK Government fee schedule](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table) or contacting our office for the most current information.
- Our advisers will confirm the applicable fee at the time of instruction and prior to submission.
Legal Fees
In addition to statutory application charges, our firm levies fixed professional legal fees for advisory and representation services. These are determined by:
- The complexity of the matter
- The scope of services required
- The level of legal representation involved
Our fixed fees cover the agreed scope of work as outlined during the initial consultation or engagement. Should any additional services be required—such as urgent submissions, appeals, or supplementary documentation—these may incur further charges, which will be discussed and agreed in advance.
A full breakdown of our legal fees will be provided at the outset of your matter to ensure transparency and informed consent.
Disbursements
Disbursements refer to third-party costs incurred in the course of preparing or submitting an application. These may include:
- Certified translations
- Courier or postage charges
- Document authentication or notarial services
We shall advise you in advance of any disbursements relevant to your case.
VAT
Where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be charged at the prevailing rate. We shall confirm whether VAT applies to your matter at the outset.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing transparent, fair, and tailored pricing for all immigration services. As each matter is unique, we encourage prospective clients to arrange an initial consultation in order to receive a personalised cost estimate and procedural overview.
Should you have any queries regarding fees or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We remain at your disposal to ensure you have a clear understanding of the costs associated with your immigration application.
