Parent Visa

Child Visa

For children under 18 joining a parent in the UK.
- Parent must have sole responsibility or be the only parent in the UK
- Child must not be leading an independent life

Adult Dependent Relative Visa

For elderly or disabled relatives needing long-term care from a UK-based family member.
- Must prove care cannot be provided or afforded in home country
- Only available from outside the UK
- Leads to settlement but has strict medical and financial criteria

Private Life Visa

For individuals who’ve lived in the UK for a significant period and have strong ties.
- Includes children who’ve lived in the UK for 7+ years
- Adults aged 18–24 who’ve lived half their life in the UK
- Offers a route to settlement based on integration and hardship

Application Requirements

Applicants typically need to provide:
- Valid passport and biometric details
- Proof of relationship (e.g. marriage certificate, photos, communication history)
- Financial documents (e.g. payslips, bank statements)
- English language test results (unless exempt)
